I think this is very important. This demonstrates that we need to blame the institutions and corporations instead of individuals who now live in regret. I personally can't respect workaholics. They are part of the reason why many places have toxic environments. The rest of co-workers are forced to overwork too in order of not being fired or overshadowed. I noticed that workaholics also have zero empathy for people who doesn't have the same luck at work and/or get unemployed, calling them lazy, losers, and justifying their situations by saying things like "it's because they are lazy", "it's his/her fault for choosing the wrong career", "it's his/her fault for not starting working while she/he still was studying once he/she got 15 or 16 years old", etc. Recently a workaholic Boomer I personally knew got a heart attack. He always called the young people lazy and irresponsable for not getting married before 30, for not working hard enough to get a house, etc. The funny thing is that the same company he dedicate too much for work almost all his life didn't care too much about his death.
